Just got my ChargePoint Home Flex installed. I'm only getting 10.7 amps max, averaging less than 10, and only getting about 26 mphc. Is anyone else having this issue with any home charger? Is this just how it is?

That’s definitely not normal for a ChargePoint Home Flex. Are you sure the correct wiring and breaker size were used? If your electrician installed it on a 120V circuit by mistake, that could explain the slow speeds. Also, have you checked if your truck is limiting charge speed due to a recent software update or battery conditioning mode?

Yeah, definitely double-check the wiring and breaker size. If everything looks good there, it might be worth testing it with a different car or charger to rule out a car-specific issue.
