So I’m trying to get my F-150 Lightning hooked up to a Generlink meter to power up my house. The connections kinda look like they might work, but tbh, I have no clue if this is actually gonna happen. Has anyone out there given this a shot, or have any tips on using a Generlink with their truck?

You know what, using a Generlink meter with an F150 Lightning can be tricky since it’s made for the old-school generators. Might as well double check if the Lightning’s power output works with the Generlink setup.

And seriously, take a look at the manual or hit up support if you’re unsure about using your ride as a power source!

I haven't tried that yet, but it sounds interesting. You can check the Generlink manual for compatibility with the F-150 Lightning.

Most people prefer Generlink because it's usually cheaper and more reliable than a whole home system. So it probably worked!

To find what you're looking for, try searching for 'Generac' and 'interlock.' Generac is a really popular brand for backup power, and you usually need an interlock if you don't have a transfer panel.

I’m not an expert, so I’ll wait to see your project unfold while also looking for insights on how this actually works. I'll appreciate any updates!;)

I'm not an expert either. I haven't tried it myself but the OP seems to have a really cool setup! Would definitely recommend double checking the compatibility with both the truck and the Generlink meter just to be on the safe side. Hopefully someone here has experience with it and can share some tips
