I’ve got around 12k miles, and my battery health is still at 100%. Srsly, you should swing by your dealer and get this checked out!
I can confirm the Ford app doesn't show real-time draw from the charger itself. @Miar is right. You will need a third-party tool. You can go for ChargePoint or JuiceBox.

Just wanted to share. My truck won't fit in my garage, so I'm charging it outside with an extension cable. I had the charger installed before realizing the truck was too big, lol. I'm using a Seguma J1772 Extension Cable. So far, no issues.
