Adapter recall double whammy

What happened to the A2Z NACS to CCS adapter V1 recall notice? My Lightning adapter is also on the recall list talk about bad luck. Guess I'll be sticking to regular CCS chargers for now.

I haven’t seen any updates on the recall notice either, sticking to regular CCS for now sounds like the safest bet.
