Problems with my home power integration

I'm encountering a consistent issue with my home power integration. The truck initiates the backup process, but power output is consistently negligible or nonexistent. A charging station fault occurs after a short period. I've performed extensive troubleshooting, including software updates, resets, and connection checks. Any advice?

It sounds like a potential compatibility issue with the charging station. Have you checked for firmware updates on both ends? Trying a different charger might also help diagnose the problem.

Try a full system power cycle (disconnect both AC and DC power for 2 minutes). It should reset the communication protocol.
