Hey all

I finally installed the FCSP that was delivered with my Lightning two years ago. I followed the setup instructions, but I’m unable to detect the wallbox network. Bluetooth is off as recommended, but I’m still having trouble. Am I missing something here?

Just FYI, it’s been below freezing for a couple of days where I am, not sure if that matters. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Wouldn’t be the first time I’ve seen Ford’s software act up. 😅 If you’ve followed all the setup steps and it’s still not detecting, it might be worth checking if the charger firmware is outdated, some early units had connection issues that got patched later. If nothing else works, you might need to call Ford’s support and see if they can walk you through a manual connection.

Any error codes displayed?

The cold weather affects these units. Mine wouldn't connect below 15F until I installed a small heater nearby.
