I’ve got a Charge Station Pro set for installation soon and was hoping to use it to charge my Tesla Model 3 as well. From what I’ve seen, though, the Ford (CCS) to Tesla (J1772) path isn’t exactly straightforward, and the adapters I’ve found are almost as pricey as just getting a whole new charger.

Has anyone successfully charged non-Ford EVs (especially Teslas) with their Charge Station Pro? If you’ve found a setup or adapter that works well (and ideally isn’t ridiculously expensive), I’d love to hear about it.

Charging a Tesla with the Charge Station Pro can be tricky. It might be easier to get a dedicated charger, but I hope someone has a good solution..

Those adapters are for DC fast charging, not AC. Some people suggested using the Pro Power Onboard outlet to charge a Tesla while plugged into a Ford Charge Station Pro.

How are you liking the Charge Station Pro so far? We'd love to hear about your experience with it when you've had a chance to use it for a bit.
