My 2023 Pro's been acting up. Won’t charge past 70%, throws a charging fault, and power’s maxed at 51%. Pretty sure it's a bad battery module, and I’m not buying that a 12V reset will fix it. Anyone else run into this?

Yeah, that sounds like a failing battery module, not just a software glitch. If Ford’s telling you to do a 12V reset, they’re stalling, push for a full diagnostic.

That’s what I figured. I’ll push for a deeper check, but I bet they’ll try to brush it off as “normal degradation.” No way a 2023 should be acting like this already.
