I’m running into a bit of a problem with my Ford Charge Station Pro. I’m trying to connect through the CSP app and Ford Pass, but it’s just not happening. I’ve reached out to Ford support a bunch of times, but no luck on getting a solid fix. The charger itself still works, but I can’t tweak any settings or keep an eye on its status, which is super annoying.
Has anyone else run into this headache? It’s so frustrating that Ford is keeping us in the dark about when they’re gonna fix this. Just trying to figure out if I’m the only one feeling this pain.
