Is it safe to use a cable to extend charger?

Hey everyone! Stupid question:
Is it safe to use a cable to extend my charger? The 240V is 35ft away (in the garage) from the parking place. I have the L1/2 charger. Thanks!

It's not recommended to extend your charger cable. Using an extension can lead to overheating or safety risks. Why not consider installing a dedicated outlet closer to the parking spot?
