I tested my A2Z adapter at a Tesla Supercharger station, and even though the app lists the charge rate as 250 kW, my car only reached a maximum of 92 kW.
The battery was warm after driving, and the charging started at around 70% and ended at around 80%.
I expected speeds much closer to 250 kW, but the charge rate remained low. Any idea why this might be happening?

I think Elon didn't want you to have high speed charging.
Joking, haha!
Lighting rarely goes up to 180 kW. Don't expect more than that.

The temperature of the battery, its level of charge, or the adapter's compatibility with your vehicle could have all had an impact on the charging pace. The app displays 250 kW, however actual conditions may cause charging speeds to be lower.

I’ve been reading up on this, and it seems that the F-150 Lightning’s peak charging rate is around 150 kW, even though some Superchargers can deliver up to 250 kW. Starting your charge at 70% might also affect the speed, as higher states of charge can lead to slower rates. Maybe try starting the charge at a lower percentage next time to see if it helps?

It might be a power-sharing thing at the supercharger. If a few cars are charging at the same time, the power gets split up, which could be why your speeds are slower. Also, that 70% mark isn't ideal for speed, next time, try starting at 20-30%, and you’ll probably see faster charging..
