I’ve been charging my 2023 XLT ER at work, using the same 40-amp, 240V chargers as the other cars, but while they’re pulling around 9.6kW, I’m only getting about 6kW. It’s strange because it’s telling me it’ll take around 7 hours to go from 50% to 90%, which feels pretty slow compared to others. I’m not sure what’s causing the slower charge. Has anyone run into something like this or have any ideas on what I should check?

Where are you reading the kW? At the charger or from the Ford Pass?

You're probably just seeing some quirks in how the charging speed is shown. Ford rounds the numbers on the display, and there's always a little power loss between the charger and the battery. Don't sweat it. You're almost certainly getting the same charge as everyone else.
yeah I checked both, the charger shows around 6kW, and FordPass reports the same, seems like the truck isn’t pulling full power.
That makes sense, but a 3kW difference still feels significant. I’ll keep monitoring it and see if anything changes.
I’ve tried a couple of different chargers at work, but I’ll check if the cables or connectors might be limiting the speed.
