Tried using an adapter at a Tesla charger, and it says "plugged in but not charging." Guess the charger’s just not feeling it today! Any tips to fix this sassy charger?

Hey Sarah, are you hitting up a Tesla Supercharger, or a Destination charger? Oh, and what kind of adapter you rocking?

Supercharger or a Destination charger work differently. Also, what kind of adapter are you using? Some adapters don't work well with certain chargers. Make sure you're using the right one.

I’m using a CCS to Tesla adapter, but I’ll double-check if it’s the right one for this charger.

Yep, I'm pretty sure its the correct adapter, but it seems like the charger just isn't cooperating
It could be a connection issue or something with the car's settings. Have you tried restarting the charging session or checking if the adapter is seated properly? Sometimes a quick reset can do the trick
