Just drain it down to, say, 50%, and then see how many kWh it takes to top it back up to 100%. This trick works no matter where you start, as long as you know the total battery capacity - 98 kWh for the SR and 131 kWh for the ER. All you need to do is some simple math to figure out the gap between where the charge is now and full capacity.
